Do NOT leave a tarp out on the grass for two weeks creating the perfect dark and humid environment that these dangerous creatures love. • Today, I have seen my first black widow.   • This is Rex. He is our pure bred Rex breed buck. ⬅️ that wasn’t proper English. • Rex (short for T-Rex) is an absolute STUD! So much that he is even successful with our does when we think we have had a failed breeding. But he is batting 1000!!! • For us he has produced 37 bunnies!!! And he was a successful buck even before we got him. • Plus, Rex is also the sweetest rabbit we have had these last 3 years. Everyday he hops up to the front and wants to be pet. He is awesome. I have FAILED so many times trying to create a starter that I had to give up. Which is why I now love this way of getting your sourdough starter..... USE THE COMMUNITY!!!!!   • Well..... @bettertogetherwife no longer wants to eat dinner on the floor anymore. • 😒 FIRST, she wanted hot water, then she wanted a kitchen sink, then she wanted a door on the bathroom. NOW.....well now she and the kids are tired of sitting crisscross on the floor with an 80lb Rottweiler puppy jumping on us! • I mean come on! I thought we were going to be rough & tough homesteaders!!! (Kidding BABE!) • When I told Kelly that I wanted to move from the comforts of suburbia to the country I told her, “you get WHATEVER you want!” • Well, Kelly replied.... “Build me a kitchen island that we can convert into a bar stool dinning area.” • It is not done yet.....but we are on our way!
